Steve is a native Texan with experience in commercial and residential construction starting in 1968, and is licensed as a professional real estate inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

He is certified by Southwestern Assemblies of God University in mastering home inspection, one and two family dwelling codes, and standards and practices. His education is ongoing to keep up with current building codes and technology.

Steve will perform a thorough inspection, he will discuss all aspects and observations of the inspection with you, and provide a detailed report. He will explain significant and cosmetic items and answer your questions during and after the inspection.

An inspection usually takes two or more hours depending on the size of the house. This will assure enough time for a quality inspection. All inspections are handled with the most professional and courteous service. We do not provide any repair service. Our dedication is to our client, to provide an honest and impartial inspection.

We understand the importance of getting your report to you in a timely manner. Our reports are usually issued within twenty-four hours after your inspection.

Upon receiving your report we will continue to be available for further discussion about your inspection.

Yes, roofs are climbed if accessible and if damage is not possible by walking roof.  Attics are always entered.

Yes, Stanley compulevel is used to determine levelness of foundation, moisture detectors are used to find water leaks, infrared thermometers are used to test efficiency of air conditioners, gas leak detectors are used to fink leaks at all gas appliances including water heater and furnace.
